2. Security Policy

1. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to provide security for electronic payment transactions conducted through the Macroworks online store. Credit card payments are processed in real-time via a St George Bank Ltd. Internet Payment Gateway (IPG). Personal details are only used for the purpose of order processing.

2. This website may contain hyperlinks or other pointers to internet websites operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the contents of any linked website or any hyperlink contained in a website. These hyperlinks are provided as a convenience only and do not imply any endorsement of any product or service contained in the linked websites. Any links you make are entirely at your own risk.

3. We will try to ensure that any electronic link by any person to our website will be free of any viruses or any other harmful components but we cannot give any warranty about access to our website, its performance, reliability or that it is free of viruses or any other harmful components.

3. Satisfaction Policy

If you find that any of our products are faulty, we will endeavour to rectify the problem immediately, up to and including full replacement if necessary.

If you contact us within 60 days of purchase and we are unable to resolve any problem within a reasonable period of time, and to your satisfaction, we will refund* your purchase price in full.

CD-ROMs that are accidentally damaged or broken will be replaced free of charge, excluding postage and handling, on return of the damaged product.

*Refunds can only be obtained with proof of purchase and return of the product in the same condition as purchased. Please contact us for assistance if required.
